Do i have to sign something to begin working with you?
Short answer is no, as you do not need to physically sign anything but we would recommend you read our terms and conditions.
When we offer you a written quotation which you agree to and pay for you are entering a sale with us which is bound by the terms outlined on the above mentioned page.
I would like to make a complaint
In the unlikely event you would like to do this (seriously this is very rare!).
Please contact us in writing using our contact form or by email with the issue you have. We take complaints very seriously and are very proud of the high level of service and customer care we offer our clients.
We always try to be very clear about what we offer and how we go about it and believe this transparency is the key to our happy customers, glowing reviews and the fact over 85% of our customers return to us.
I need to amend or change my order
In the event you need to change something this should not be a problem (providing it not a print job and we have started on your project).
Please contact us at the earliest possible time and we will advise on the best course of action.
I need to cancel my order
If you need to cancel your order please contact us at the earliest convenience in writing as once we have started working on your project expenses would have been incurred and may not be refundable.
